Terms& Conditions.

The scope of our services, our obligations and the client's, the service-level agreement, and the cancellation and refund policy.

1. Definitions

"The Company": Reef Value Business, a division of Reef Value. "The Client": any natural or legal person requesting our services. "The Service": the packages and services described on our services page or in the quotation.

2. Acceptance

By using the site or requesting any service, the client is deemed to have accepted these terms.

3. Scope of Services

The Company provides company formation, administrative operation, and growth services according to the package agreed in writing. Services do not include government fees and do not constitute binding legal or tax advice except as explicitly agreed.

4. The Company's Obligations

  • Performing the service with professional care and in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Informing the client of their application's status and any additional requirements as they arise.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of the client's data.

5. The Client's Obligations

  • Providing correct and complete documents at the required times.
  • Paying government fees directly against official invoices.
  • Paying service fees according to the agreed payment schedule.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees are set out in the quotation. Payment may be split into three installments tied to work stages unless otherwise agreed.

7. Service-Level Agreement (SLA)

  • Investment license issuance: 5–15 business days after documents are complete.
  • Commercial registration: 5–10 business days after the license.
  • A fully ready company: up to 45 business days.
  • Response to client requests: within 24 business hours.

These durations exclude delays caused by missing client documents or by government authorities beyond our control.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation before work begins: 100% refund.
  • Before 25% of the service is completed: 75% refund.
  • Between 25% and 50%: 40% refund.
  • After more than 50% is completed: no refund.
  • Application rejected by the government authority due to the Company's error: 100% refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for decisions by government authorities or banks or for regulatory changes beyond its control; in all cases its liability is limited to the fees paid.

10. Intellectual Property

The site's content and our marketing materials are the Company's property and may not be republished without written permission.

11. Confidentiality & Data Protection

The client's data and documents are treated with complete confidentiality under the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law.

12. Force Majeure

The Company is not in breach of its obligations if performance becomes impossible for reasons beyond its control.

13. Amendments & Governing Law

The Company may update these terms; they are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
